I'm using windows XP (x32) with Libre Office 3.6.3 and I get the same error. I confirmed the bug in bugzilla. I'll try the workaround later. Besides this, do you know if NTLM and/or kerberos are supported for authentication on the webdav or CMIS access or where I can get this info?
