Thanks Tom, that would have saved me some time.
It is a pity there is no "Insert page" as opposed to a "shove all text
down one page".
Also be nice if you could specify the paragraph or character to anchor
to when anchored that way.

Suggestion: anchor images "As character" in an empty paragraph. I just
finished rewriting a document with several images in 80+ pages. The images remained where
they were anchored.
