I never use windows, but if i remember correctly, it should be:  
file->properties->open with...->apply to all files of this type   or something 
like:  system (form the operating system's menu)  file types/associations ....
i.e.:   start / control panel / programs / predefined programs / associate a 
kind of file or protocol....
