I reproduced the descripted situation in two different environments: 1) Windows 7 and LibreOffice 3.6.4.3 2) Linux thin client + freerdp.+ terminal server Windows 2008 Enterprise, Libreoffice 3.6.3.2
To be honest, I don't know if the driver "MS Publisher Imagesetter" is a part of Microsoft Office, but I suppose, that not.
