Hi :)
Is anyone able to forwards the petition to the USA User's mailing list?  I
tried to guess at the address but got it wrong.

Personally, although i am a non-US citizen, i feel it is kinda cheating to sign
if you don't have a US passport or are not living in the US.  I slightly worry
that the validity of the petition might be questioned as a result.  However,
that is just a personal feeling and if the thing is carefully set-up to allow
us to sign too then perhaps we should take the opportunity.  They need 28,000
more people to sign and only a few days left.

Regards from
Tom :)
