Went through the documentation found at that link. Mostly, it seems to be for OpenOffice, and the configuration files that the docs mention don't seem to exist for LibreOffice.
Surely there must be an XML configuration file somewhere where some options for Save As Type can be deleted or commented out. I suppose I could get into the code, but that seems excessive. We have LO installed on 4 servers being accessed by about 100 users via RDP, if that helps any.
