By the way, one important thing I've just discovered. The info/pages missing should be in the middle of the document. I said OpenOffice was displaying just the first 3 pages but I was wrong. It is displaying most of the info of pages 1 and 2 and then on page 3 is displaying info from page 7. So, the pages missing are from 4 to 6.
