To find bugzilla link on LO site, you must go to LO website, "Get involved", "QA" (Quality Assurance): https://www.libreoffice.org/get-involved/qa-testers/ There you will also find links to TDF wiki pages that contains in-depth knowledge about bug reporting, triaging and testing. But yes, Bug Submission Assistant is the place of first contact for most users, yet it requires account to only search for bugs.
