Sometimes you can connect without any problem and other times the connection will time out. I have no idea why this is. BTW Tom, oooforum.org was never under Sun or Oracle's control and was established independently from the original OpenOffice.org project. Neither it is not part of AOO or hosted ASF servers. Think of it like this: oooforum.org = The independent, unofficial form. forum.openoffice.org = The official AOO forum, which offers some support for LO users.
