Just upgraded from 3.5.2 to 4.0.1 and I'm still finding my way around. (This is only
the first of my queries; the others will each get separate posts.)
It seems that by default there are no longer any grey margins on either a new page or
an existing document. I'm totally lost without them.
Please help me reinstate them.
