Hi :)
I'm impressed.

It follows the principle of "Release early and release often".  It does the job
done.  After release clients may make suggestions anyway even if it was 100%
exactly following their specs.

I was suggesting a progress bar instead of the mouse arrow changing to a wheel
not as well as.  Either is good.  I just thought you had run into a brick wall
with the mouse thing and needed an alternative idea.  You could always try to
sell it as "an enhancement rather than a bug" by saying it allows people to get
on with other work instead of tying-up the machine due to the single app.
However now you have done the mouse wheel as they asked for then you could
always just get rid of the progress bar.  The progress bar might be good for a
different app or for a different release or if the clients change their minds
about the spec.

Regards from
Tom :)
