Yes, there are. I put some of them on my keyboardlayout:
⅛ ¼ ⅜ ½ ⅝ ¾ ⅞ ⅓ ⅔ ⅕ ⅖ ⅗ ⅘ ⅙ ⅚
These are all UTF-8 characters.
There are also sub- and superscript numbers: ₀₁₂₃₄₅₆₇₈₉⁰¹²³⁴⁵⁶⁷⁸⁹, so
things like ⁴/₉ can be done… But the OP wanted a horizontal division
separator, on the other hand…
