Hi :) The in-built help is primarily maintained by the devs so it might be worth posting a bug-report about it https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport
Same advice as the other thread. Just post whatever you can and don't worry about all the things they ask for. If they are needed you can post the extra detail later, if you like. There probably already is a bug-report in which case they probably would appreciate knowing the problem still exists in the newer version.
