Hi :) The downloads page at https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ seems to be working fine from Firefox (with Adblock Plus) on Ubuntu 12.04 (i think)
Have you accidentally blocked LibreOffice? Do you use Adblock Plus? Which web-browser did you try and can you try a different one as a one-off? (just to see if it is something in your settings or something) Btw what curve tool? is it the curve smoothing in Calc or are you using Draw or Writer (or Impress) tools to draw something?
