Hi :) That could be Vista. Could you try downloading on a different machine? Does your machine have a "Dual boot" menu when the machine starts up that allows you to choose something else instead of Vista?
Alternatively, on Vista when you arrive at the website try looking along the taskbar at the bottom of the screen to see if there is something pulsing slowing down there. If there is then click on it and check that the little pop-up dialogue looks about right before allowing LibreOffice to bypass the 'security'. Alternatively try minimising or just un-fullscreening the web-browser and then make sure you drag it off to one side so you can see if the security dialogue is in the middle of the screen underneath all the windows you have open. Alternatively which web-browser are you using. Internet Explorer seems to be having a lot of problems in the last few weeks so it might be worth trying one of the others, such as Firefox, Opera, Chrome or something else. I tend to stick with Firefox even though it's a little slower than Chrome but somehow i just feel safer with it and it's faster than Internet Explorer even on a good day.
