I'm preparing a calc spreadsheet consisting of numerous charts. Because it's quite time consuming to make all necessary formatting, I would like to edit only one chart and apply this style to the rest of charts later on. How, if ever, is it possible (I tried to use Styles and Formatting applet but it didn't work)?

Could you think of the problem the other way around? Instead of creating a new chart each time and then having to format it, how about copying and pasting the chart and its data - perhaps even a whole sheet - and then replacing its data by pasting in the new material?

I trust this helps.
