Hi :) Search&replace (doubt it will work but one never knows). There is an Extension that adds a lot of functionality tot he default search&replace (or completely replaces it i'm not sure).
How about Tools - Options - Appearance Does it appear to have the same colour as the new lines in one of the options? Does changing that change the colours back?
