Which ISO file?
The NA-DVD .iso file is always burned before it is uploaded.

I know that I have tried installing some package on Win7 Home Premium
that would not install, giving errors like "corrupted" but did not get
that error on Win7 Professional.

I have not found any issues with the LO Windows installs, so I do not
know what is going on with your system.
