Report it to the author of the extension, or the distributor if it is Ubuntu. Isn't this one currently distributed via the Apache OO project ?
FWIW, there are quite a few of the older extensions which no longer work at the moment in 4.1 because of changes in the way extensions need to be registered, and also because of certain changes in the API. If the extension author has not updated his/her extension to take that into account, the extension will fail to work properly.
