Hi :) That looks good to me :) I'm not really familiar with posting bug-reports or feature requests but that look good imo. It might be years before anyone looks at it or it might catch a devs attention tomorrow (QA will probably deal with it first). There is never any way of knowing but with something like this it might be possible to add it to the "Easy Hacks" that new devs use to get a feeling for how to code for LibreOffice.
So, i would use the mouses scroll wheel and avoid thinking about this feature request. I did once avidly follow a couple of bug-reports i had posted in Ubuntu but only 1 of them got worked on and that was about 6 months after i had posted it. I was quite surprised anyone bother tbh as it was a minor point but i celebrated when my idea did get in. One of the others was "not a bug" but just something that everyone had to work-around if they had a certain graphics card and it was really easy to do so. So, don't wait anxiously for it and please don't judge us badly if it never gets attention. I hope it does but there is no way to make it happen.
