Hallo,

I have had some troubles with retaining a correct size window opening i.e.
*.odt files (linux, several versions of OO and LO) since years. I did some
experiments and found, that window size is stored within an *.odt but somehow
interferes with the defaults in
registrymodifications.xcu

Any time I used a command line like

soffice --writer --headless -pt printer file

while having a writer instance running, afterwards all files.odt were opened
in a distorted window.

I tried to correct the parameters in the
registrymodifications.xcu
but it was restored to the wrong settings on a regular scheme by someone else
(probably the writer prog itself).

Unfortunatley, I could not get any information, how registrymodifications.xcu
is handled by the office-suite.
