you can try:

I'm not sure how a right-click selects anything, but no matter.
BINGO!that is PROBLEM, cant to write a word because it's activated
object image and not texts. result: click mouse out document area
(grey) and back click to text and it's start to write. i'm tired to
work and write because it's problem background image!! it IS NOT
GOOD!!! please fix it
You can make suggestions for enhancements at the web site. Since
LibreOffice is a collaborative project, anyone can contribute to
it. You could "fix it" yourself!
How about leaving the image out until you have finalised your
text? Drop it in at the very end.
Another idea that may help you is to insert your graphic properly as
a background. Go to Format | Page... | Background. For As, select
Graphic. Click Browse... and browse to and insert your image file as
a background. Under Type, you'll probably want Area. You should
then be able to edit the text without any problem.
If you want the background to fill the page but the text to appear
within normal margins, set the page margins to zero (LibreOffice will
probably complain that your printer cannot handle this), and
construct a frame within the page of the size you want for the
text. If you want multiple pages like this and you want text to flow
naturally from page to page, you can link the frames on each page in a chain.
I trust this helps.
