Well... The following seems really dumb. :-(
1. Insert a picture in a document
2. Select the picture, rt. click and select "Picture" from the popup
box
3. Click the Type tab, and check "Keep ratio".
Leave the dialogue box open or close it, your choice.
Grab a corner handle, adjust the size, but the ratio is NOT retained.
Surely, this is not right.
The ratio is kept if you manually change the size in the dialogue box.
