Both of those pages look fine;
My suggestions:
for eye appeal, this one - http://qa.libreoffice.org/ - might
have some images added;
as a pie chart showing the number of users using which
software, ... or number of users using OO then LO through the years, ...
... ...
This one - https://bugs.freedesktop.org/ - is very basic;
which is clean & simple.

I recommend commenting on the bug report itself and collaborating with the
three other people who are taking a look at the page :) none should be
technical, no translation needed, just checking for errors and making it
