Hi :) I didn't even know there was an irc channel for users :( I'm not into irc and i think most of us probably find that sort of thing a bit too geeky. Well, i think it sounds geeky and that i'm unlikely to understand it. Also i get the impression it's like social networking or real-time communications which puts me off a little.
There is an AskLO bot but i don't know how to access it and i've got a feeling they aren't any more technical than we are on this list.
