Perhaps try downloading from a different mirror? (if you can figure out how).

Also perhaps try using a different web-browser.  Do you use Firefox or
Internet Explorer or something else?


Obviously the immediate thing to do is to "Abort" the current install
(if you haven't already) and maybe see if you can still use
LibreOffice.  If it is still working then you could leave the new
downloading for a few days or longer.
