On pc Debian x86-64, I gave a try with Midori 0.4.3+dfsg-0.1 (Debian
package), I could enter my login/password then I was able to see the
checkboxes.
Which version did you use and on which platform?
Is there a debug plugin for Midori you could add to retrieve the error(s)?
