Hallo, Marina, and thank you for your interest.
The 'close and reload' turns out to be the crux - suddenly there it is all
is. Thank you.
However, List: that still really leaves an inquiry hanging for the next
enquirer who comes along. I had not, by definition, completed the sequence
LibreOffice was asking me to go through - and yet, the extn seemed to be
already there ?
Sincerely
Ian G

Hi Ian,
I don't know this extension but I download it few seconds ago.
It's an AOO extension (http://extensions.openoffice.org/en/download/4963)
but works fine on my LibO 4.1.4.2. I'm on a GNU/Linux system and a simple
double click on the downloaded .oxt file works fine for me. Double click on
the file and follow the instructions of the wizard. Remember to close and
reload LibreOffice for seeing the new menu. if all works fine, go to "File"
menu and click on "Recent documents of a same type".
Let me know if it works for you.
Regards,
Marina

Oggetto: [libreoffice-users] History Master Extension
I would be very grateful for an idiot's guide to installing the History
Master extension.
I have got as far as the 'add' stage - that is, I have downloaded
HistoryMaster-1.1.1.oxt , gone through some sort of installation, so that I
can go Tools>Extn Manager>Add.
At that point I'm required to point the system at an extension.
I know where HistoryMaster-1.1.1.oxt is on my PC, and I do that.
But HistoryMaster-1.1.1.oxt is actually a folder, and neither it, nor any of
its sub-folders, seem to satisfy the the search/load window so that I can
click Ok and proceed.
Any help much appreciated
