Hi :) I think it's probably best to 1. post a bug-report about it and leave it to QA (bug squad) to triage and 2. revert your own system to 4.1.4 or something or install the more stable-branch alongside the feature-rich branch.
It might take us a while before we respond to something like this on this mailing-list but it was kind of you to try us first.
