Says fix released but I did see this last week when I was testing 4.1 for something. I suggest posting on the bug and saying you're still facing the problem. Since it's Unity only it's likely a Ubuntu bug - even if it's not Bjoern monitors bugs over on LaunchPad as he's our resident Canonical employee.
