The HTTP access from that particular mirror indeed appears to be
broken, but the FTP access works. Go to:
ftp://mirrors.syringanetworks.net/tdf/libreoffice/stable/4.2.1/ ,
click on the links for your operating system, and pick the file or
files that you need.
