Hi :) I got a private message saying that the spam/junk folder HAD been checked already. It is something that many of us over-look or forget about so it's good to nudge people jic it is that.
I don't know what else to suggest. If it happened to me i might set up a new free email account with GMail, Yahoo, or any of the others and try again. if that did work then i would be left wondering whether to keep the account and maybe forward it into my main one or unsubscribe and delete the email account or what.
