Since 4.2 uses a different StartModule my Private Menus made by
Extentions no longer appear on the new StartModule
Until 4.0 the menus are placed in "com.sun.star.frame.StartModule" but
i found no indications that this name was changed
Stabel version 4.2 windows all versions
