The password is set at sheet level. If you try to deactivate sheet protection, you will be asked for the password. As for the rest, well, I don't speak Swedish, and can barely understand some of the cell headers, let alone the error messages. One thing appears certain, the sheet requires entry of basic data in some cells, without which the rest of the sheet can not function.
