I see all manner of numbering schemes, but not the one I want.
I want:
1.
a.
b.
c.
2.
etc.
Please note each one ends in a period (.) and that's what I'm looking for.
1.
a) is not what I want.
(well, the person I'm trying to help doesn't want that). It's for a
legal document.
Is it possible? If so, how?
