Hi :) I dunno. I know you guys did a lot of trouble-shooting on this before, it's probably in the archives somewhere.
Errr, is this on a Windows platform? If so would the xcu file or registry (or is that the same thing) be a good place to look? I guess you have already dug around in the User Profile but i tend to find that sort of thing takes ages and feels risky.
