Hi :) If all this happened once it's probably happened before. It might be worth running Revo Uninstaller to get rid of all the rest of the clutter of half-uninstalled things. I was quite surprised by how nice the gui was but i think i had to poke around a bit before i figured out how to use it. Good luck and regards from Tom :)
