I'm on Win7-64bit, LO 4.2.4.2. I can't figure out how to render a short piece of rotated text. The instructions I saw referred to a "text" icon. In the Draw app the only one that comes close is the "Label Field" in the "Form Controls" toolbar. The later instructions for selecting that for rotation just don't work.
