I don't know if this is happening for other platforms, but I have noticed that at least with 4.2.4 the website will prompt you to download the the 64 bit, but when prompted to update the link from LO to the download page results in you getting prompted to download the 32 bit version, even though you have a 64 bit version loaded and are running a 64 bit OS.
