Page header text is formatted at Format | Page... | Header | Edit...
| A ("Text Attributes").
Cell contents can be formatted in the usual way, of course. Note in
particular Format | Cells... | Alignment | Properties | Shrink to fit
cell size: is that ticked?
Note also that everything on the printed page can be affected (in
your case possibly reduced) by the settings at Format | Page... |
Sheet | Scale. Select "Reduce/enlarge printout" for Scaling mode and
"100%" for Scaling factor as a starting point.
