In the "/Options/" dialog that opens, click to expand the "LibreOffice" heading. Click the "/Security/" sub-heading. Click the "/Options.../" button. In the "/Security options and warnings/" dialog that opens, click to untick/uncheck the "/Ctrl-click required to follow hyperlinks/" option.
