After you open the HTML file, click on "View" in the top menu and you
should see an option for "HTML Source." On mine, its the third option
from the top. Click on that and you should see HTML source code.
At least it works that way on mine. I'm using LO 4.2.7.2 on Ubuntu 14.04.
