Hi :) I thought a few people here might be interested in this bug-hunting session for the new, new branch. "Fresher than Fresh"?
1. Apparently it's always quite good fun. Lots of other new people sign-up at the same time so it's easier to ask "stupid questions" and get answers that help lots of other shyer people. It doesn't need you to have coding skills to help out - one great way to help is to help answer those "stupid questions" ;) 2. It kinda confirms something i often say = that right now tons more people are involved in figuring out how to fix anything that is broken or not working properly. If you have a pet-peeve or long-running bug then now is the time to see if it still exists and if it does then just confirm it (with version number(s) and OS type) to "bump the thread" of the report. 3. It is a good time to try out the fresher than fresh branch to see if anything in your normal work-flow has been broken. Reporting such breakages quickly reaches a MUCH greater number of people now than at any other time in the branch's life-cycle. Good luck to all and have fun!
