Hi :) Yeh, i usually use inkscape for that type of conversion too. I'm never sure whether to use Svg or Eps format.
There seems to be trouble printing one of them, sometimes, from inside Windows. Also text seems to go a bit weird sometimes but i think that might be user-error. I'm a bit new to Inkscape and don't use it much.
