Installing 4.3.5 on Win XP SP3 comes up with error 1714 saying older version cannot be uninstalled. Have cleaned out registry and settings in MyDocuments etc and still no joy. What other files/ settings have I missed? A clean install on a Win 7 machine worked fine.
