But if you select multiple cells and mouse do "insert as" elsewhere sheet or in another sheet, references to empty cells for some reason do not have communication with them.

Если копирую какую нибудь одну ячейку, а затем например в другом листе использую меню "вставить как" и вставляю связь - в этом случае ссылка нормально вставляется.
