LO 4.4.0.3. on Xubuntu 14.10
Looking for help on watermarks, this is what's there in Help:

If I then do Format>Page as in the above Help article, I get this:

and as you can see, there's no Background tab as mentioned in the above
Help item!
Where are Watermarks in 4.4.0.3?
