Good evening Probably another stupid question. With a new computer running Windows8.1 I noticed, that files DO NOT open any longer, when I (double) click on their names or select them and hit ENTER ... as it used to work with all other computers / OSs in the past.
I DO HAVE to open Writer, Calc or whatever and then use the "open" command from within the software. Is that something peculiar to Windows? Or another so-called "improvement" like the disabling of the styles menu? Can I change this behavior? Thank you.
