Hi :) The "Fresh" has new features and 'better' compatibility with MS Office OOXML formats and more "bug fixes" but all that sometimes means that unexpected features sometimes go a bit wonky.
Being "a bit wonky" or out-right not working is not the same as "buggy" or unstable or anything like that. Every version has been fully tested to ensure they are stable - but that doesn't mean that everything works flawlessly. For myself i try to always use the latest Fresh but i put all my colleagues and clients on "Still". That way i know the types of issues they might run into without having to deal with unexpected surprises. It is not a case of "which is better" but rather a question of what suits the type of scenario better.
