The "Fresh" has new features and 'better' compatibility with MS Office
OOXML formats and more "bug fixes" but all that sometimes means that
unexpected features sometimes go a bit wonky.

Being "a bit wonky" or out-right not working is not the same as "buggy" or
unstable or anything like that.  Every version has been fully tested to
ensure they are stable - but that doesn't mean that everything works
flawlessly.

For myself i try to always use the latest Fresh but i put all my colleagues
and clients on "Still".  That way i know the types of issues they might run
into without having to deal with unexpected surprises.

It is not a case of "which is better" but rather a question of what suits
the type of scenario better.
