Hi :) Yes, can you open the Csv by right-clicking on it and "Open with ..." a text-editor such as Notepad or Gedit or Kate or something?
Hopefully that might show that the values in the Csv file do have 2 decimal places! If the Csv file doesn't have decimal places in it's values then they are doing something weird but we might be able to figure out what and how to correct for it.
